CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

I. Organizer and object of the competition

HANS Brainfood GmbH, Ditthornstr. 13, 93055 Regensburg, Germany (hereinafter "HANS Brainfood"), is organizing the online competition "HANS Brainfood GROW GIVEAWAY 2025". Participation in the competition and its implementation and processing are governed by the following provisions.

No purchase is necessary to participate, but registration for the newsletter is required.

II Eligibility to participate

All persons of legal age and legal capacity who are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to participate.

III Exclusion from participation

The following are excluded from participation:

All employees of HANS Brainfood GmbH and the brands Caluma, Bud Voyage, BioBizz and Bio TKA.

Persons entrusted with the administration of the competition.

Commercial users and non-natural persons (e.g. competition entry services).

Persons who provide false information or violate the conditions of participation.

HANS Brainfood reserves the right to subsequently deny prizes to unauthorized participants.

Multiple entries are not permitted.

IV. Participation in the competition

The competition runs up to and including 30.06.2025.

First name and e-mail address are required for participation. Registration for the newsletter must remain active until the end of the competition. Unsubscribing is possible at any time, but will result in exclusion from the prize draw.

VI Determination of profits and notification

The winners will be drawn at random.

The winner will be notified by e-mail no later than 10 working days after the closing date.

The winners must register within 7 days by e-mail to support@hans-brainfood.de within 7 days.

If no response is received, a new winner will be drawn.

Cash payment of prizes is not possible. The prize is not transferable.

By participating, the winners agree that their name will be published in the social networks of HANS Brainfood.

VII Exclusion of liability

HANS Brainfood assumes no liability for:

Delayed prize notifications or technical problems.

Material defects or defects of title in the winnings.

Damage caused by the use of the profits.

VIII. Data protection

By participating, users consent to their data being stored for the purposes of the competition. The data may be passed on to authorized third parties.

By participating, you register for the HANS Brainfood newsletter, from which participants can unsubscribe at any time.

IX. Premature termination of the competition

HANS Brainfood may cancel the competition at any time if technical or legal reasons make this necessary.

X. Final provisions

Legal recourse is excluded.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

Should individual provisions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
