We ship with DPD, DHL and the German postal service (also to packing stations).

Shipping is free of charge for orders over 59 euros (DE and AT). For orders under 59 euros, the charge is 4.99 euros. For EU orders there is also a shipping charge of 4.99 euros. We do not ship outside the EU.

Shipping to DHL packing station/branch

Select DHL (Packstation) as the shipping method and fill in the following information when ordering:

  • First and last name
  • Your personal DHL postal number in the additional address details field
  • The word "Packstation" and the number in the Street and house number field


Please note: Shipping to a Packstation is not possible without registering with DHL (to receive a personal postal number)!

I have not received my order, what do I do?

As a rule, this rarely happens, but we will of course help you to receive your shipment!

At the moment, Deutsche Post in particular is experiencing delivery delays and problems with tracking numbers. In 95% of all cases, however, the shipment arrives a few days late. In exceptional cases, however, it can take up to 14 days.

If your shipment has been marked as delivered and you have not yet received a parcel, it is possible that the delivery person has already scanned the shipment before he could deliver it - so there is no need to panic.

If the tracking has not been updated for more than 10 working days or has never been updated since it was created, the shipment may have been lost in transit. Please contact the shipping service provider (Deutsche Post, DHL or DPD) directly. If no solution can be found there, please contact us and we will check whether we can replace your order or issue you with a credit note.

Germany and Austria
Shipping is free for orders over 59 euros. Below that, shipping costs are 4.99 euros per order.

EU
Shipping costs of 4.99 euros apply per order.


Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to other countries outside the EU.

This can happen in rare cases and is usually a system error. Please contact us and we will check the status of your order for you and send you the correct tracking number.

My tracking number is not working
