Here we have a simple recipe for vegan vegetable patties with a little extra protein for you. The patties taste great with salad, raw vegetables and a dip of your choice. 🧡

Ingredients:


½ bell bell pepper
120 g carrot
1 large red onion
20 g HANS protein of your choice
150 g rolled oats
140 g water, boiling
Salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric etc. or alternatively a mixture of spices



Preparation:


Peel and grate the carrot. Finely dice the bell pepper and onion. Add the oats, protein and spices, pour in boiling water and mix everything together. Leave to stand for 10 - 15 minutes and form patties with moistened hands. Then fry them in olive oil in a hot pan.
