For the oats you need: 🥣
200ml coconut rice milk
60g rolled oats
Lemon zest
Half a banana
10g HANS unpeeled hemp seeds
Berries as desired
nut mix
Vegan yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
Toppings of your choice
Preparation:
Place the rolled oats, HANS hemp seeds and coconut rice milk in a bowl and mix/stir well 🌾🌱.
Place in the fridge for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
The next day, top with fresh fruit as desired.
Top the overnight oats with fresh raspberries, blueberries, half a banana or various nuts. 🫐
