Fit and delicious: vegan protein power bowl!
This vegan power bowl is a real nutrient package! Low carb, rich in protein, vitamins and valuable omega-3 fatty acids from hemp seeds and oil. The perfect plant-based filling! 🥗
Ingredients for 2 portions:
- 250 g broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 Apple
- 20 g HANS hulled hemp seeds
- 20 g unsalted peanuts
- 4 tbsp hemp oil (alternatively linseed oil)
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp HANS Ultra Protein 85%
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
This is how it works:
- Cut the broccoli and peppers into bite-sized pieces and cook in water at a low heat for 5-10 minutes (depending on the desired bite), then drain
- Cut the apple into small pieces and mix with the broccoli, peppers, hemp seeds and peanuts in a bowl.
- Conjure up a delicious dressing from the remaining ingredients.
- Add the dressing to the remaining ingredients, season to taste and enjoy! 😋
