The most important step for the successful cultivation of cannabis is the germination of the cannabis seeds. BudVoyage is the only provider to replace all non-germinated cannabis seeds. However, there are a few rules to follow:
- Stick strictly to the BudVoyage cultivation instructions. We cannot accept complaints about the seeds if there is any deviation.
- If seeds do not germinate, this is already evident in the first phase after 2-10 days in water and must be documented with a photo.
- Send this photo of the non-germinated seeds in the water + a photo of the packaging + a short description to our support team.
- If 1 seed does not germinate you will receive a 33% voucher for your next purchase. You can then ignore point 5. If two or more seeds fail to germinate, you will receive a voucher to replace the seeds concerned.
- If approved, please send the non-germinated seeds to the following address: HANS Brainfood GmbH, Dr.-Gessler-Str. 12a, 93051 Regensburg and put a note with your order number in the package.
We can only process your request if this information has been collected and the images are of good quality. Please note that you are obliged to provide proof that you have followed all the steps in the instructions correctly.
This germ guarantee does NOT apply to all other brands that we offer. Here it is up to the respective brand whether a complaint is approved. As a retailer, we have no influence on their quality and goodwill. Nevertheless, we will accommodate you as a retailer at our expense with a voucher for your next order. However, this is at our discretion and only applies if you follow the above steps.

If germination is too risky for you, we also offer cuttings, small plants that have already reached a certain size.
