We ship our parcels with DHL & DPD. As soon as the shipment is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can use this to find out where your parcel is at any time.
Of course, select DHL (Packstation) as the shipping method and fill in the following information when ordering:
- First and last name
- Your personal DHL postal number in the additional address details field
- The word "Packstation with number" in the Street and house number field
