A delicious, quickly made cake is good for the soul! 💓
And with an extra portion of protein on top!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp cocoa protein powder
2 tbsp flour of your choice (e.g. spelt)
2 tsp baking cocoa (more if you like it particularly chocolaty)
1 tsp peeled hemp seeds
1 ripe banana (mashed)
some plant-based drink
a pinch of baking powder
3 tsp HANS chocolate protein cream
Preparation:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large cup.
Then mash the banana and add it to the cup together with a dash of plant-based drink and the chocolate protein cream. Important: Mix well so that the flour does not settle at the bottom of the cup.
The result should be a smooth batter that is not too runny. It is perfect if it is a little thicker than pancake batter. ☺️ If you want a liquid chocolate center, you can press a teaspoon of chocolate protein cream into the batter before baking - it's really delicious! 🤤
You can now place your cup in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at full power.
